WEDDING & SPECIAL OCCASION TASTINGS
If you are reading this page, you know that cupcakes can provide a fun alternative to a traditional wedding or special occasion cake. Not to mention the abundance of flavor combinations available at Ida’s Cupcake Café and the price savings, which can be considerable!
We are happy to meet with you to discuss the details of your wedding cupcakes. Feel free to call and schedule an appointment if you'd like. Tasting cupcakes are served unfrosted and provided with your selection of frostings. Our regular counter prices will be charged for your tasting cupcakes ($2 ea). Customers placing orders with us totaling $150 or more will receive a credit for the amount spent at the tasting (not to exceed $15).
Our cupcake prices include your choice of sprinkles. Custom decorations and colored frostings are available; additional charges may apply. If you are interested in a custom design or colored frostings, we encourage you to bring pictures and color samples. We look forward to working with you!
CAKE TOPPERS
Our 5 or 6 inch custom layer cakes can be ordered to use as toppers/cutting cakes for your wedding or anniversary celebration. Please call for pricing and order information.
DELIVERY
Ida’s is happy to deliver cupcake orders subject to our availability on any given date. Call for our delivery pricing, based on distance and time to your destination.
SET UP
We are happy to set-up cupcakes for your special occasion. Call for our set up pricing, based on time and usually run about $25.
DISPLAY RENTAL CHARGES
Ida’s is pleased to offer a variety of cupcake display options available for rental to our customers.
