TASTINGS We would love to meet with you to discuss the details of your event!  Tastings should be scheduled in advance with our wedding coordinator. For just $30, you get to try seven cake flavors and all of the frostings you would like.  Tasting cupcakes are presented unfrosted so that you can mix and match to find your favorite combinations.  To-go tasting boxes are also available for pre-order.  Please note: gluten-free options include an additional charge.

CUPCAKE PRICING We do not charge extra for weddings or special events. Our classic-sized cupcakes are $3.95 each, or $45/dozen. These are available in any quantity. Our mini, bite-sized cupcakes are sold one cake flavor per dozen for $15. Custom decorations and colored frostings are available at an additional cost. If you are looking for specific colors or designs, we encourage you to bring pictures and/or color samples for our reference. Inspiration pictures can also be texted to our deco phone at 541-640-6501.

CAKE & FROSTING FLAVOR SELECTIONS We have a huge variety of flavor combinations available, including custom flavors and housemade fillings. We are here to help and offer suggestions. One thing to consider when choosing your flavors is the appearance. It can be confusing to guests if different flavored frostings all appear the same (vanilla, cream cheese, and coconut are all white, for instance), so you may want to consider adding a colored dollop or sprinkle to differentiate. Custom signage is also available.

CAKES Our six-inch two-layered cakes are our most popular to use as cutting cakes for wedding celebrations. Prices for this size cake start at $48. Additional sizes and tiered cakes are also available.  Our most popular tiered cake is the 6” + 8”, which serves up to 50 people in event portions.  Prices for this size cake start at $163.  Prices vary based on decoration, fillings, etc

DELIVERY & SET-UP We are always happy to deliver your order, subject to availability on your date. Delivery pricing starts at $25 and is based on time and distance to your destination. For an additional $35, we will set up your display for you. Mini cupcakes take longer to set up, so for large orders of mini cupcakes (over 10 dozen), an additional set-up charge of $1/dozen will apply. 

DISPLAY Ida’s offers a variety of display options for rental to our customers. Our selection includes a variety of cake plates and platters, wood rounds, several large towers, a variety of smaller towers, and accents such as crates and antique wood boxes to add height and dimension. Rental for any option is a flat $30 fee. Cupcakes can be displayed grouped by flavor or mixed together. Labels are available for individual flavors starting at $10. If you would like the display mixed, we have a chalkboard menu we can provide for rent for $15. This is due back along with the tier rental. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WE NEED Please provide Ida’s with the location of your event, the time you need the order delivered, set-up or picked up, and contact information for the person in charge on the day of the event. Other factors to consider include whether or not the desserts will be outside and how long they will be out before serving. 

DEPOSIT & GRATUITY A $75 deposit is required at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable, but it does apply towards your total balance. Once this is paid, your spot on our calendar is locked in. This deposit is also transferable, so if the date of your event changes, the deposit can be applied towards the new date. We do ask that you please consider leaving a gratuity for our wedding coordinator, head baker and head decorator to share, as they are working hard to make sure your order is perfect for your special day. *You will be required to sign our wedding contract to complete your order.

‍PAYMENT When paying for the event, both cash, debit cards and  credit cards are accepted. The balance is due a month before the event.  This can be paid over the phone or in person at our Division location: 1155 SW Division Street, Suite A7 Bend, OR.541.678.5057
